All assignments by Hello Wow are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Association of Dutch Designers (BNO), March 2021. The BNO is the largest professional association for designers and design studios in the Netherlands. These terms have been filed with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.

For assignments with a digital component — such as websites, newsletters, email campaigns or other interactive applications — the BNO Supplementary Terms for Digital Design apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions.

At Hello Wow, we use AI tools as part of our workflow and approach. AI is woven into our process: from refining an image to drafting a first text.

‍If you prefer no AI in your project, please let us know before we begin. We will draw up a new proposal, as different processes require different hours and a different price.

If you commission us without raising this, you accept that AI is part of our working method. Copyright on AI-generated output is still evolving under Dutch law. We therefore cannot guarantee the copyright status of AI contributions in our work.

By commissioning us without objecting to the use of AI, you accept this legal uncertainty.

If you contact us — by email, phone or contact form — we use your details only to respond to your inquiry. We do not store them for other purposes, do not share them with third parties, and never sell them. You always have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted. Send an email to grad@hellowow.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
